These Terms govern your use of ChartingPilot AI (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational purposes only. Not financial advice.
The Service provides AI-generated, educational analysis of chart images you upload. It is not investment, financial, trading, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, futures contract, cryptocurrency, currency or other instrument. ChartingPilot AI is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
2. AI limitations
Analyses are generated by artificial intelligence and may misread charts, price levels, indicators or timeframes. Price levels are approximate. Grades are computed from a checklist and describe chart conditions, not the likelihood of any outcome. Always verify information on your own charts and data sources.
3. Trading risk
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leveraged products such as futures, forex and crypto derivatives can result in losses greater than your initial investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Accounts and memberships
You sign in with a Whop account. Paid memberships are sold, billed and managed by Whop under Whop's terms. Free and paid usage limits may change. We may apply fair-use limits to prevent abuse.
5. Your content
You retain rights to the images you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process them to provide the Service. Do not upload content you don't have the right to share, or images containing other people's personal information.
6. Acceptable use
- No attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service.
- No reselling or redistributing analyses as a signal or advisory service.
- No unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartingPilot AI is not liable for any trading losses or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
