This policy explains what ChartingPilot AI collects, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account info from Whop when you sign in: your Whop user ID, name, username, avatar and email (if shared).
• Membership status checked with Whop to determine your access level.
• Uploads: chart images you submit (re-encoded, with photo metadata such as location removed), the optional context you enter, and the resulting analysis.
• Journal data: notes, decisions, outcomes and after screenshots you add.
• Usage and security data: IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention), timestamps and error logs.

How we use it

• To provide analyses, history and the journal.
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• To monitor reliability and cost of the Service.

AI processing

Chart images and the context you provide are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the analysis. They are processed under the provider's commercial terms.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. Your uploads are private to your account. Shared result images are only created when you choose to share them.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Contact us to request deletion of your account and uploads.

Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in, plus a short-lived cookie during sign-in. No advertising cookies.
